Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship via UPS Ground, with USPS Priority Mail available on select orders. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout.

Retail orders of $50 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Some oversized and specialty items are not eligible for free shipping, including mops and mop pads, gallon sizes, Foot Cleaning Stations, Laundry Booster, foaming soap refills, Body Wipes 400-count buckets, the Sole Cleaner Mat, Mueller Whizzer Mat Cleaner, disinfectant tablets, Barrier Foam, and bundle kits. Eligibility is shown at checkout.

Wholesale orders of $4,000 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. Ground Advantage travels by surface and can take 2 to 3 weeks; USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to military addresses via USPS. Note that some oversized items, including our 60" mops, cannot ship to military addresses.

Puerto Rico and US Territories

We ship to Puerto Rico and US territories via UPS and USPS, with rates shown at checkout.

International shipping

We ship internationally via USPS First-Class Package International (orders under 4 lb), USPS Priority Mail International, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Some items, including our 60" mops, ship within the US only.
